Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

   • Refunds may be granted if the service has not commenced.
   • Once the service has started, refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.
   • Coaching sessions canceled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation

   • Cancellations made before service commencement may qualify for a full or partial refund, less any administrative fees.
   • Non-refundable circumstances include:
     • Completed services.
     • Failure to provide necessary account details.
     • Violation of game publishers’ Terms of Service.

3. Refund Process

   • Submit a refund request via our website or email, including proof of purchase.
   • Requests are reviewed within 7 business days.
   • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
