   This Service Delivery Policy outlines how we fulfil orders for game boosting and coaching services.

2. Purchase Nature

   All purchases are one-off transactions; we do not offer subscription or recurring billing arrangements.

3. Delivery Timeframes

   • Game Boosting Services: Estimated completion times are provided at order confirmation but are not guaranteed.
   • Coaching Services: Scheduled according to mutual agreement between you and the skilled gamer.

4. Coaching Session Purchase Blocks

   • Coaching sessions can be purchased in advance in blocks ranging from 1 to 10 hours.
   • Additional hours beyond the purchased block will require a separate transaction and payment.
   • If you initially purchase fewer hours (e.g., 1 hour) and later wish to add more time, each new block will be treated as a separate purchase and billed separately.
   • All coaching session payments are one-off transactions and are not part of any subscription or recurring billing arrangement.

5. Service Execution

   • Game boosting is carried out with your explicit consent and account access.
   • Coaching is conducted through online communication platforms as agreed upon.

6. Delays

   We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including server downtime, game maintenance, or network outages.

7. Customer Obligations

   • Provide accurate details for service delivery.
   • Be available at scheduled times for coaching sessions.

8. Governing Law

   This policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
